| Thompson Peak Parkway Project Owner: Toll Brothers This project consisted of creating a new stretch of Thompson Peak Parkway from Bell Road north to Union Hills Drive. Work included mass excavation, drain structures, underground utilites (water, sewer, storm drain, dry utilities), grading, paving, concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalk as well as landscape, lighting and traffic signal work. Roadway reconstruction of Bell Road from 108th Street to Thompson Peak Parkway included grading paving, concrete and utility work.
