Constructed for the City of Phoenix Arts Commission in cooperation with the Parks Department and Salt River Project, this highly visible recreational landmark encompasses 64,000 SF and includes desert masonry walls, pathways, water features, a pedestrian bridge, shade canopy, landscaping, numerous art elements, and a 600 SF restroom facility.
