The project included the reconstruction and realignment of 1.5 miles of Germann Road from Gilbert Road to Airport Boulevard as well as the installation of 4.5 miles of 30-inch and 36-inch water transmission main to supply southeast Chandler.  The Germann Road portion of the project consisted of constructing a six lane major arterial including new water, storm drain, sanitary sewer, potable water, reclaimed water, irrigation, traffic signals, roadway lighting and landscaping.
