Work on the Silverstone Development in North Scottsdale consisted of widening Williams Drive, Miller Road and Pinnacle Peak Road. We also built two new roads - 74th Street from Williams Drive to Pinnacle Peak, and Silverstone Drive from Scottsdale Road to 74th Street. The project included water and sewer lines, storm drain (pipe, manholes, catch basins, scuppers, drainage channels, and the construction of a triple box culvert at Pinnacle Peak Road), asphalt paving, curbing, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, pavement marking and signs, and street lighting. There was also an APS duct bank with Cox, Qwest, and Southwest Gas joint trench, a lowering of trans-continental Qwest fiber-line, traffic signals, landscaping, tree salvaging and replanting, a flood wall, and a new roundabout at Silverstone Drive and 74th Street.
