SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM EMERGENCY REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT

This JOC is for emergency and priority sanitary sewer collection system repairs and replacements. Achen-Gardner has completed emergency repairs of sewer lines, manholes, and lift stations at locations throughout the City of Phoenix. This work included:

• Various repairs at 10 different lift stations, including repairs to pipe, guard rail, gate, biofilter, installation of three pumps, replacement of a carbon filter and blower, and miscellaneous pump maintenance.

• Rehabilitation of four manholes with 60” Armorock inserts at 56th Avenue and I-10.

• Force main inspection at 91st Avenue and Broadway Road.

• Setting up bypass pumps and working with a subcontractor to rehabilitate 44 feet of 48” pipe using CIPP.
