This JOC includes a variety of civil construction including asphalt and concrete paving, concrete structures, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, wet utility improvements, storm drain and catch basins, etc.
Job Order #1: The Flower Street to Thomas Road project included 1,116 SY of asphalt pavement, 459 SF of sidewalk/driveways, 153 LF of curb and gutter, 2,205 LF of 18” storm drain, catch basins, and 20 sanitary sewer service relocations.
Job Order #2: The Montezuma Street and Carson Road project included 329 SY of asphalt pavement, 2,566 SF of sidewalk/driveways, 448 LF of curb and gutter, five water meter boxes, and 100 LF of drainage grading.
Job Order #3: The 3rd Street - Vogel Avenue to Mountain View Road project included the removal and replacement of non-ADA-compliant curb ramps, the repair of deteriorated or damaged concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk, the installation of new ADA-compliant curb ramps, and asphalt pavement replacement. Total quantities include more than 1,000 SF of sidewalk, 1,500 SF of concrete driveway, 1,700 LF of curb and gutter, and 130 LF of single curb.
Job Order #4: The Black Canyon Highway Storm Drain project included the installation of 1,373 LF of 18” storm drain along Vista Avenue from 27th Avenue to Black Canyon Highway. Scope also includes 4 manholes, 6 catch basins, and 606 SF of concrete driveway.
Job Order #5: The South Downtown Neighborhood ADA Improvements project included the removal and replacement of more than 6,000 SF of non-ADA compliant curb ramps.
Job Order #6: This project included the vertical realignment of 6”, 8”, and 12” water lines at nine locations on 43rd Avenue from Pinnacle Peak Road to Soft Wind Drive. Scope included the removal and replacement of sidewalks, asphalt, curb and gutter, and ADA ramps.
