Achen-Gardner is relocating Roosevelt Irrigation District irrigation services at Van Buren Street and 158th Avenue in the City of Goodyear in preparation for a future widening of Van Buren Street for the Hudson Commons development. The project includes 304 LF of 36" rubber gasketed reinforced concrete pipe (RGRCP), 118 LF of 24" RGRCP, three irrigation manholes, and various concrete structures.
