This JOC includes sewer and water infrastructure improvements in public right of way throughout the City of Glendale. Achen-Gardner has completed five job orders to date. Highlights include:

• We completed an emergency water line repair at 67th Avenue and Beardsley Road.

• We assisted with the assessment of large diameter (60”, 54”, 48”, and 42”) prestressed concrete cylinder pipe transmission lines. We located buried manway outlets and installed corp stops on blind flanges and 96” manholes. We installed fire hydrants for dewatering, manage confined space entry, removed/replaced blind flanges on outlets, and managed traffic control and access.

• We completed the rehabilitation of more than 500 LF of 8” sewer line with cured-in-place-pipe and the installation of more than 400 LF of sewer line (4” and 8”).
