North Tempe Waterline Replacement

This project included approximately five miles of 8” and 12” waterline replacements throughout neighborhoods and along a high-volume arterial street. Also included were service connections, fire hydrants, other water appurtenances, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways, pavement replacement, etc., as needed to complete the project.

The project included 4.6 miles of 8” and 12” waterline replacements as follows:

  1. Papago Manor Neighborhood/Concord Village will include a total of approximately two miles of 8” waterline replacements.

  2. Rio East Neighborhood will include a little more than one mile of 8” and 12” of waterline replacements.

  3. Curry/Stadem/Miller Area will include one half mile of 8” waterline replacements.

  4. Eaton University Industrial Park will include approximately 1,100 feet of 8” waterline replacement.

  5. Rolling Hills Golf Course will include approximately 1,200 feet of 8” waterline replacement.

  6. Maple Ash Neighborhood will include less than one mile 8” and 12” waterline replacement.
