34 manholes
36 catch basins
7,113 LF of 12” to 36” ADS storm drain
1,042 LF of 8” VCP sewer
308 LF of 8” UV CIPP
1,905 LF of 1”, 6”, and 12” waterlines with valves and fittings
Replacement of concrete and asphalt
We had the opportunity to go the extra mile and donate our time, resources, and materials to support Live Love, a non-profit organization dedicated to building strong communities. They are constructing The Oasis, a transformative two-acre community center, on Erie Street near Gazelle Meadows Park. This is adjacent to where we installed a new waterline and storm drain. To support their development, we installed new service lines from our new waterline to their property as part of this project.
We installed more than 7,000 LF of large-diameter storm drain in a residential area of Detroit Basin and Gazelle Meadows Park. This neighborhood has had flooding issues for years and we are proud to have worked with the City of Chandler and Entellus (design engineer) to improve storm drain conditions as well as other, much-needed water and sewer infrastructure. We are working with residents and stakeholders to maintain safety and access during construction.
We coordinated with subcontractors to add more than 3,500 SF of decorative crosswalk features. In several areas of Erie Street, the asphalt is stamped and colored to look like brick walkways. Before this work, we milled and paved 2,500 tons of asphalt on the street. At the park, we poured more than 23,037 SF of concrete sidewalk.
