Central Mesa Sewer Interceptor Rehabilitation
Project Owner: City of Mesa
Project Type: Construction Manager at Risk
Construction Dates: 02/24 to 10/24
This project is aimed at enhancing the functionality and longevity of the existing wastewater system in the Mesa community. We are working with specialty subcontractors to rehabilitate more than 10,000 LF of 30” to 48” sewer lines using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) and 41 manholes using various methods, such as coatings, PVC repair, and new frame and covers. This work is being done at various locations in the City of Mesa as part of our Central Mesa Sewer Interceptor Rehab CMAR project. Our past experience on similar projects and collaboration with the City of Mesa is providing best-value as we prioritize the immediate rehabilitation needs and contribute to the long-term resilience and sustainability of the City's wastewater system.
