Crismon Road Widening

Project Owner: Town of Queen Creek
Project Type: CMAR
Construction Dates: 03/25 to 08/25

This project will construct a new roundabout at the intersection of Crismon Road and Cloud Road and a new roadway (half-street) extending Crismon Road south one half of a mile to an existing segment of Crismon Road. We will construct the Town’s first roundabout at Crismon Road and Cloud Road. These roadway enhancements will improve regional connectivity, traffic flows, driver safety, and access to Crismon High School.

We are coordinating with the Queen Creek Irrigation District (QCID), Queen Creek Unified School District, United States Bureau of Reclamation, area homeowners' associations to communicate our schedule of activities and traffic restrictions. The southern extension of Crismon Road goes through private land that is being used for farming, so we are coordinating with the property owner to address irrigation activities and tailwater management during and after our construction.

The scope of this project also includes:

  • 6,900 SY of asphalt pavement
